The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Pro Sendung mit maximal 2 Kartons DPD Deutschland 5,95 EUR per shipment with two boxes each

Pro Wickelauflage berechnen wir 5,95 EUR per diaper changing mat
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Deliveries to foreign countries:

DPD Belgien/Belgium 11,90 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Dänemark/Denmark 17,75 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Finnland/Finland 33,50 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Frankreich/France 16,20 EUR pro Karton/per box bzw./or 20,90 pro Sendung mit 2 Kartons/per shipment with two boxes each

Aufgrund des Brexit ist momentan leider kein Versand nach Großbritannien/UK möglich.

DPD Luxemburg/Luxembourg 11,90 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Niederlande/Netherlands 11,90 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Österreich/Austria 15,50 EUR pro Karton/per box

DPD Spanien/Spain 17,75 EUR pro Karton/per box bzw./or 22,80 pro Sendung mit 2 Kartons/per shipment with two boxes each

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
